A total of nine dishes packed with a variety of colorful delicacies, from a platter of three kinds of sashimi carefully selected by the chef to shabu-shabu dishes.Starting with seasonal side dishes, the menu includes a steamed chicken salad with sesame dressing, a stamina-boosting pork kimchi teppan, chicken tempura with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce, and even fried eggs in dashi broth.The meal ends with udon noodles and a bite-sized dessert of the day.This is a 2-hour all-you-can-drink course with 9 dishes and draft beer.Please enjoy this course that offers a rich variety of content.
